Dan attributes his success to coffee, a relentless “never quit” attitude and a firm belief that no one will ever outwork him. His confidence in his ability to resolve any escrow problem is rooted in his extensive knowledge and experience. Before embarking on his career in escrow, Dan served as a Marine and a Marine Drill Instructor at Camp Pendleton, CA, which instilled in him a strong work ethic and discipline.

In his free time, Dan enjoys off-roading, sand duning, sport shooting, and spending quality time with family and friends. His favorite quote, “Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care,” by Theodore Roosevelt, perfectly encapsulates his approach to both his personal and professional life.
