Environmental Resources Management (ERM) Has the following positions open:

Consultant I – Right of way Agent (Associate Level)
Will support efforts on water, wastewater, pipeline, gas and electric transmission projects. ROW Agents will be
responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary for
the construction, operation and maintenance of facilities.

Consultant II – Right of way Agent (Associate Level)
Will support efforts on water, wastewater, pipeline, gas and electric transmission projects. ROW Agents will be
responsible for the acquisition of land, land rights, licenses, leases, permits and other documents necessary for
the construction, operation and maintenance of facilities.

Title Reviewer/Abstractor (Associate Level)
Title Examiners will be responsible for searching and analyzing public records in order to find, review, and
evaluate documents related to property and mineral rights ownership. They will also produce accurate, detailed
reports summarizing research that establishes land and mineral right ownership.
